If tech support requests that you use this file then:
- Please save the below file to your desktop.
- Then open the file by double clicking.
Please note: on some computers you may need to change Word's security settings to get this to work:
- click Tools, Macros, Security
- change the security to medium or low and restart Word
- open the techsupport document and follow the directions
- click Tools, Macros, Security and change the security level back to high
